In-App Deletion (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account:
- Open Gezana and go to Settings
- Tap Account
- Tap Delete Account and confirm
Your account is deleted immediately.
Email Deletion
Alternatively, email support@gezana.app with your account email address and deletion request. We process email requests within 30 days after verifying your identity.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile and authentication data
- All chat conversations and message history
- Usage data and preferences
Some anonymized analytics data may be retained for legal compliance.
Important: Subscriptions
Deleting your Gezana account does not cancel your subscription. To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription first:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Gezana → Cancel
- Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Gezana → Cancel
